I have lived in the same state my whole life. And in that state, we have these wonderful things called TREES and GRASS. They are both GREEN. I didn't realize until we went to New Mexico that I actually am quite fond of green.
You see, in NM, there's one color. It's BROWN. They do have it in many different shades, but that's it, folks. One color. Which doesn't happen to be one of my favorite colors to begin with.
Not only is the ground brown, but they have to use it in their housing, too. Here are your choices for color on the outside of your house (and only available in stucco, I might add): tan, khaki, beige, camel, chocolate, sepia, mahogany, brown. (I just googled shades of brown to come up with that list ;) I mean, really. Can somebody use some imagination??
Anyway, it's a nice place, I'm sure. I'm just not completely sold on it. :)
